What type of speakers&subs should I buy?

I plan on buying the Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-1 amplifier off of crutchfield. The most I would like to spend on the speakers is $400 dollars. As for the subs, I listen to mostly rap music with the occasional rock song. I DO NOT want so much bass I can't hear the lyrics. I want smooth deep bass with clear lyrics. So what should I get?
