Rockford fosgate R300-10 package vs.Visonik vb-210pkg dual bass box with 10" 800w subwoofers and amplifier� ?

I am looking to purchase either of the two complete 10" subwoofer packages to put in my car. I need opinions and experiences on which is better. Explain to me the pros and cons of each. And which is the better choice for the money and sound etc.
