Can I replace my stock speakers with these rockford fosgate speakers?

I have a 2010 ford focus. I want to replace my rear door speakers with Rockford power t1682 speakers. i am keeping the headunit stock for now and i do not have an amp. Will these plug and play? I replaced my front with rockford prime r1682 speakers. They work great. they are both 4 ohm. let me know what you think. thanks
