What are the addresses for the kingdom halls in tijuana mx?

There's one located west of colonia Buenos Aires Sur on Cucapah, which you can get to by going east on Calle Insurgentes, up on the Cetys ramp (across from Parque Morelos) and then east on Cucapah, probably between the new Soriana and the new Florido (supermarkets). There's another one in Rosarito beach which I have included the website(s) below, but it only shows the building.
