PLEASE HELP! DO I NEED TO UPGRADE MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (BATTERY, ATERNATOR,ETC) ?

I orderd a Rockford Fosgate T1500 bdcp that throws out a little over 1500 rms at 14.4V. Have a 2006 Silverado with everything pretty much stock. I have a fairly new midgrade DieHard battery under the hood with a stock alternator. I would be hooking this amp up with a 0 gauge kit. i would want to get te most out of this amp but dont want to buy more than i have to since im kind of on a budget. Do i need to upgrade my battery? Do i need a second battery.. Shud i upgrade the one under the hood and get a second one? If so wat battery(s) should i look into?What about my alternator? Would a good capacitor do the job? thanx in advance
