I want to try Argentine food. Any suggestions?

I live in Tijuana, MX. There r quite a few Argentine restaurants around here. Im finally going to give it a go on my wedding anni. Any suggestions for beginers? Also i prefer meat w/o nerves or fatties in it. Thank u in advance :)
