I weight 161 and im 5'4, school starts in september and i want to lose as much weight as possible. Most of my fat is in the stomach area (woo hoo :P). im going to the gym 5x's a day in july and august, but the thing is i eat mostly junk food and i was wondering if theres anything to stop craving junk food all the time. i like most fruits but there not as satisfying as chips. please help!!!
