How can a minor get prenatal care?

I'm 15 and pregnant. Yeah, I'm a slut, irresponsible, yadda yadda. But the point is, I need to go to the doctor's so my baby can be healthy. My mom and I aren't really on speaking terms right now and she does not want me to keep the baby at all, so this topic might make her a little angry. My boyfriend's mom said that she'd take me to the ob-gyn but I wasn't sure if she could since she's not my parent or gaurdian and I am a minor. I have insurance and a medical card, if that information is important for you guys. And I live in Rockford, Illinois, just thought I'd let you know incase if the requirements or laws vary from state to state.
