40weeks pregnant and got Pains help!?

Am 40weeks pregnant and the last past days i have been getting pains in my stomach and been boiling hot.Today i was craving chillysauce i ate loads,i got 3sharp pains around my vagina and it hurt that much it brought a tear to my eye..the pains are like period pains..i get hot and dizzy...what is this?
